For more than 20 years I’ve been creating award-winning wedding films across the UK and worldwide. From celebrity celebrations to intimate elopements, I’ve had the privilege of capturing weddings in some of the most remarkable settings, always with the same focus: telling each couple’s story in a natural and timeless way.
What defines my work is not only collecting beautiful images but weaving them into a film that reflects the unique rhythm and story of the day. I work with complete discretion, allowing you and your guests to enjoy the occasion without interruption while I quietly capture every moment as it unfolds. Almost every frame is shot candidly, never staged or manufactured, drawing on many years of experience to create something cinematic while remaining unobtrusive.
My background as a documentary filmmaker shapes this approach. Today most of my time is dedicated to feature documentaries, and I now take on weddings only as exclusive one-off commissions. This means every wedding I film receives my full attention and care, never part of a conveyor belt but always a completely individual story.
The films themselves are 100% storytelling and candid in nature. Documentary shooting, capturing atmosphere, emotion, and fleeting details with precision, is the most challenging to master but the most rewarding. Beyond simple posed shots, what you are left with is the energy, intimacy, and genuine emotion of your day, preserved for years to come.
Knowing where to be and when is everything. Experience from hundreds of weddings allows me to anticipate moments before they happen and capture them with elegance and compositional care. It is this combination of timing and creativity that makes each film distinctive and personal.
I have been fortunate to film weddings in some of the most exclusive venues in the UK and across the world, but I only take on a small number of commissions each year. Every wedding is unique, and it is that uniqueness that still excites me after so many years. Creating a film that feels true to each couple is what makes this work endlessly rewarding.
