Going into my 17th year of shooting as an Oxfordshire wedding videographer, I have been lucky enough to have filmed in so many incredible wedding venues across Oxfordshire over the years, from Blenheim Palace, Aynhoe Park and The Manor at Weston on the Green, to private venues and locations all across the county. Shooting wedding videography in Oxfordshire is such a pleasure with the county having some of the UK’s most gorgeous countryside right on it’s doorstep.
A documentary and storytelling approach
A lot more couples are now hiring experienced wedding videographers in Oxfordshire to cover their day in a more candid and documentary style, this allows more of the natural moments and emotions to be captured in your Oxfordshire venue. Unlike a lot of wedding videography my style is not to intrude on you or your guests by using large equipment and cameras, I use very compact cameras and lenses which allows me to stay in the background and collect all of these dramatic shots without even knowing I am there.
To be in these exact positions at the right times to collect these emotional moments is key, it is something I achieve after experience from over 800 weddings to date, including the many wedding films I shoot each year in and around Oxfordshire. It is balancing this with using my creative knowledge to capture these moments in many unique, cinematic and elegant shots, whether it is dramatic exterior shots of the Oxfordshire countryside or more unposed, candid moments from your reception.

Whether your Oxfordshire wedding is taking place in Aynhoe Park, Tithe Barn or other Oxfordshire venues, it is important to choose the right wedding videographer.

From shooting wedding videos through Oxfordshire over the years I have been so lucky to be involved in many different cultural ceremonies and traditions from Persian, Indian and Jewish weddings to elopments from Chinese, Korean and Australian couples. Having an in-depth knowledge of lots of Oxfordshires venues and the vast array of shooting opportunities is massively important, each wedding film I complete in Oxfordshire year on year gives me more experience of how to pick out the very best shots from each day. The fun thing about it is that you never stop learning as every single shoot is different, which is what makes my job so exciting!

What an incredible venue this is in Oxfordshire and certainly up there with some of the most spectacular venues I have had the pleasure to film at over the years.
One of my first ever shoots as a wedding videographer took me to Blenheim Palace and after that there has only been a handful of other venues that I felt have matched up to it.
